THE BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as agents do not charge to enter. The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is very comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums , scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.

Today's blog is something a bit different, something that is close to the 3 founders of Chesterfield Gordon.

When we set up our agency we wanted to be known for the high levels of customer service we offer to our clients, customers or anyone who comes in contact with us. It is actually one of our founding principles!

And today we are proud to share that we won The Gold Award for Customer Service in SW8 by BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS who mystery shopped Chesterfield Gordon.
