Coming from a humble background, Rumz grew up in the Kingston Upon Thames and started in the retail business before working his way into the property world. He worked his way up as a training negotiator through to lettings manager for what was a small independent company. Rumz quickly developed relationships with landlords and investors to help achieve their property goals and has maintained those relationships throughout the 15 years of service to the industry. Being a family man he believes achieving what is right for both parties lies at the heart of being a great communicator and property expert. He met Tom on his journey through the property world and together with Sebastian they decided to form Chesterfield Gordon to help Landlords, investors and tenants all achieve their property goals.

Sebastian

Director of Marketing & Finance

Sebastian grew up in a family that has a big interest in property both in the UK and abroad. After having spent much of his life in Southeast Asia, where he worked in a high-end 5-star resort focusing on client relationships and new business, he moved back to London determined to make a mark in the property world. Here he met Tom when starting his London property career as a property consultant in a central London agency. It was here they formed their friendship and decided to sow their seeds and start their own agency together. Sebastian is a massive food lover and spends his weekends exploring London looking for the best hidden restaurants and bars. With his vast experience of working at the very highest level of hospitality he knows what makes a place worth traveling to, or more importantly to live near!
